5: Then we add two tablespoons of flour to a small bowl, then half a tablespoon of salt, and half a tablespoon of five-spice powder. Then pour in a tablespoon of hot oil.

               


6: Stir them well with chopsticks, so that our puff pastry is ready.

7: Like this, the dough is obviously larger in size, and the inside is honeycomb-shaped, and it is already ready.

8: Then we move it to the panel and rub it to get the air out of it, and then we rub it into a strip like this with our hands.

9: Then we use a knife to divide them into 8 small evenly sized agents.

10: Let's take a small agent and knead it round, and then gently press it flat with our hands.

11: Then roll it out into a rectangular crust about 2 mm thick, and then spread the puff pastry we just made evenly on the surface of the crust.

               


12: Then we slowly roll it up from the end, and then gently press it flat with our hands.

13: Finally, we roll it out into a rectangular crust about 2 mm thick.

               


14: When you're done, place them in a baking tray lined with silicone oil. Then cover with plastic wrap and let it let it let it rise for 30 minutes.

               


15: After the meal is ready, we first brush the surface with a layer of water, then sprinkle some white sesame seeds to enhance the fragrance, and finally we gently press a few times with our hands to make the sesame seeds more firm.

16: Then we put it in the oven. Bake the middle of the oven at 230 degrees for 12 minutes.
