1. Prepare the ingredients

Lean meat, green onions, cooking wine, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, seaweed, white sesame seeds, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce

2. Add an appropriate amount of water to the micro pressure cooker, then add green onions, cooking wine, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, and processed lean meat, pour it in, and bring to a boil;



3. After boiling, skim off the foam, cover and press for about 20 minutes;

4. When the time is up, open the lid and use chopsticks to gently insert the meat into it, and it is cooked;

5. Take out the fine meat and put it on a plate to cool slightly, and tear it into small pieces by hand;


6. After tearing, rub it by hand so that the meat velvet will come out and will be very fluffy at the same time;



7. Pour it into the pot without adding oil, turn on low heat and keep stir-frying, and then add an appropriate amount of sugar according to your own sweetness to continue stir-frying;

8. Add a little light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, if you want a dark color, you can add a little more, and fry until it is very fluffy, about 16 minutes;

9. Put it in the mill and grind it again;

10. After grinding, pour it into the pot and stir-fry, the drier it is, the longer it will be stored;


11. Finally, add some seaweed and white sesame seeds, and if you don't like it, you can skip it;



12. Continue to stir-fry evenly and then turn off the heat, and after cooling, you can put a bottle, and then take it out when you use it.
