Chilled belly shreds

Ingredients: fresh pork belly, bean sprouts, red pepper.
Method:
1. Clean and blanch the pork belly, prepare star anise, bay leaves, cinnamon, green onion into sections, and ginger slices. Wash the bean sprouts and red peppers, blanch them, and drain them for later use.
2. After blanching, put the pork belly into the soup pot, add water and boil over high heat, add green onion and ginger, star anise, cinnamon and bay leaves. Add dark soy sauce and cooking wine, simmer for 1 hour, and use chopsticks to pierce through and remove it.

Tips: Don't pour out the soup of braised pork, filter it and freeze it in the refrigerator, and use it as old marinade next time.
Spicy shredded chicken

Ingredients: chicken breast, cucumber, Chaotian pepper, Hangzhou pepper.
Method:

Method:
