Steps:

1. Prepare the required ingredients, soft tofu, lactone tofu, and old tofu are OK.

3. Add water to the steamer and bring to a boil, put the plate into the steamer, cover the pot, steam for 10 minutes, and steam the eggs. Then, pour out the remaining water from the steaming plate.
