The second type: cold vermicelli

  Ingredients:

 1 cucumber, 1 handful of vermicelli, half a bowl of fried peanuts.

  Method:

 1. Shred the cucumber and put it in a bowl. Boil the vermicelli in cold water, drain and put in a bowl.

 2. Add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of Lao Gan Ma, half a tablespoon of sugar and a little salt, mix well, add fried peanuts and mix well!



The third type: cold lettuce

  Ingredient:

1 lettuce, 3 millet peppers, 2~3 garlic cloves, light soy sauce, 1 spoon balsamic vinegar, 1 spoon sesame oil, 1 teaspoon sugar, salt to taste

Method:

 1. Peel and cut the lettuce into shreds, cut the millet pepper into rings, cut the garlic cloves into the minced pot, pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot and boil

2. Blanch the lettuce for 30 seconds and remove it, and soak it in cold water for a while

Method:

1. Seasoning sauce: Put green onions, garlic, millet, spicy white sesame chili powder in a bowl, drizzle with hot oil, add 2 tablespoons of aged vinegar, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, a little sesame oil, water, stir well

2. Open the ginger slices, chives, cooking wine, chicken breast, boil for about 10 minutes, remove it, overcool the water, and tear it into slender strips of chicken shreds along the lines

Method:
