4. Add 1 teaspoon white pepper and 1 teaspoon salt to the drained shredded potatoes and mix well.


5. Pour in an appropriate amount of egg whites and stir.


6. Pour oil into the pan, put a portion of shredded potatoes into the pot, make a circle with chopsticks, leave white in the middle, and fry over low heat for about 2 minutes.


7. Beat the egg yolks, pour into the middle groove and fry until golden brown.


8. The other side turns golden brown and is ready to serve.


9. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, chopped green onion and black sesame seeds, and a delicious shredded hash brown is done.
