One of the most enjoyable ways to eat cucumbers, sweet and sour, slightly spicy, refreshing and appetizing, delicious and delicious with rice


I generally don't like to use chili red oil for cold dishes, and I prefer to use oil drizzling to handle them. The cucumber made in this way tastes crisp and refreshing, sweet, sour and spicy, and is really delicious.


Sweet and sour cucumber salad

Ingredients: 2 cucumbers, 3 cloves of garlic, dried chili peppers, salt, 2 tsp sugar, 2 tsp vinegar, 10 peppers, cooking oil

Step 1: Prepare the main material.

Step 2: Mash the garlic into a puree.

Step 3: Wash the cucumber, pat it and cut it into strips or chunks.

Step 4: Add salt, vinegar and sugar to the cucumber strips, and put the garlic paste on top of the cucumber strips.

Step 5: Heat oil in a pot, add sesame pepper and dried chili pepper, turn on low heat and boil slowly until the pepper is browned, quickly pour it on the garlic paste, then stir well enough, let it sit for five minutes and then eat it more flavorfully.

The cold sweet and sour cucumber that comes out of this way has a unique flavor.
