As soon as you meditate, you will know where you are sore, where you are in pain, and where you should start to dredge up. When you knead it, you will feel the taste from pain to sourness, and from sour to normal. As long as you do this every day, your body will get stronger and stronger.
When a person meditates, with one leg crossed, he can gather his qi under the dantian, just like making a pile of firewood, not only the stomach is hot, but the legs will also feel warm. Why is this so? Because when you're not meditating, the energy is dispersed, but as soon as you meditate, the energy is gathered.
Accumulating your energy and then igniting it is one of the things you want to achieve in meditation.
However, it is best to let the energy burn in the form of natural fire, without adding too many human factors, otherwise it will consume the body. Some people have to work hard and try to hold a place, which backfires.
Everything is like this, and once you add the word "artificial", it becomes unnatural. So, how do we allow our body's energy to flow naturally? When we meditate, we have to find a way, and even if it's a useless path, we have to use it to break through the obstacles and go to a useful place. The crux of the matter is to find the intersection of this road. If we find the intersection, we can follow it to find the answer. How to find it? Some people feel that they should be mindful of the dantian, or at least learn to meditate. However, this is not only difficult for ordinary people to do, but also may not be effective. Here, I would like to provide you with a simpler and more effective way to keep your mind, that is, where your body hurts, you can keep it.
For example, when you cross your legs, you find that you can't calm down at all, and your legs hurt. Then, at this time, you can settle down and first find the place where your leg hurts, maybe the pain is the original acupoint of the gallbladder meridian, the mound and ruin acupoint, which means that your gallbladder meridian is not in this area.
Then you can first rub it along the gallbladder meridian, and then dish. At this time, you will find that you can get higher than just now. Maybe it was only a single set just now, but now you can start trying a double set.
If there is another place that hurts when the double disc is double. Then you knock the sore tendon again. In this way, in the process of cross-legging, you can gradually open up those blocked meridians, and your physique will also improve rapidly unconsciously.
These things are what you grasp and will eventually become your own internal force. If you feel pain while meditating and simply give up, or if you practice today and don't practice tomorrow, you will lose your spirituality.
It is in this process of gradually opening up the meridians that you gradually open a path. And the so-called intersection is actually the place where you can't get through. Health preservation is to learn to self-repair, which depends on everyone to "find a disease without illness". What does it mean to "find a sick person when you are not sick"? Even when you don't meditate, you don't know where you're uncomfortable, but when you meditate, you know where you're sore, where you're in pain, and where you should start to dredge up. When you knead it, you will feel the taste from pain to sourness, and from sour to normal. As long as you do this every day, your body will get stronger and stronger.
At this point, you will naturally learn to meditate. Why? Originally, you wanted to keep the dantian, and the focus was on the dantian, but the soreness in your body made it impossible to concentrate, and the more you guarded, the more chaotic it became. But now you pay attention to where you are in pain, and your mind follows the sore place. Compared to guarding the dantian, this practice is much easier. As your attention slowly follows the sore spots along the meridians, your mind will be able to focus and gradually begin to meditate.
At this level, it will be much easier to let you keep the dantian again. Whatever you keep it, you can easily do it, because you have found the feeling of keeping it. On the contrary, if you don't do this and stick to the dantian, it will be very difficult to do it. What's more, at this time, you will not be able to understand what is meditation and what is chaos because there is no comparison. But after going through this process of contrast, you will realize that the so-called meditation is not about thinking about nothing, but about calmly taking care of the various sensations of your body.
In the same way, the so-called Yishou Dantian is to let us learn to concentrate and direct our thoughts to where we want to go. The dantian is alive, and if you want to defend a certain part, then you must lose more than you gain.
It can be said that wherever you can concentrate your qi, it can be called a dantian, and vice versa. For example, some people learn deadwood Zen, sit there like a dead wood, and force themselves to stick to a certain part, and as a result, they can't sit still for a long time. In fact, the mistake of this way of meditation is to treat people as dead wood, after all, people are living creatures that can move, and the dantian is also subject to change.
In fact, through meditation, we can quickly detect physical problems and know which meridians in our body are not working. Once you've identified these issues, you'll be able to target them.
In the past, when someone thought of listening to their inner voice, it was very mysterious. Actually, it's not complicated at all, it's all about the mind. We can start by asking ourselves: What sounds does the body make? What do we want to hear? Does the sound come from the stomach? Or from other parts of the body? There is no need to rush to conclusions.
As long as we learn to pay attention to the painful places and "listen" to the painful places in the process of meditation, we will gradually master this way of "listening", for example, we can "hear" the feeling of soreness in the body, we can "hear" the feeling of tingling, and the feeling that the body is very comfortable after the flow of qi and blood. We can "hear" in great detail, and we can perceive no matter how subtle changes in our body are. At this time, you will find that you are able to understand the voice of the body and realize the dialogue between the body and the mind.
